Signed up for the membership on the first visit. Loved the calming atmosphere and relaxing stress free service. Can’t wait to go back.
Left crying my whole way home from the worst massage of my life from a “master massager” I would not recommend. When getting a deep tissue massage you’re supposed to add pressure and then rub it out not stick one finger deep into my body and hold it there for five minutes at a time and then take it out with no rubbing movement at all I felt like I was getting poked very hard. Left feeling worse then when I walked in. Stay safe everyone
I’ve been a regular customer here and always show up for my appointments, so this experience was really disappointing. I booked an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, but then realized I couldn’t make it. When I tried to cancel online, the system wouldn’t allow it because it was within 24 hours — even though it allowed me to book the appointment within that same window. My massage therapist, whom I’ve been seeing regularly for a couple of years now, always makes me feel safe, accepted, and welcome. They never make me feel rushed or judged. They have an uncanny ability to spot the places where I need more attention and they always check in to see how I’m doing (but not so much that it becomes annoying!). The facility is clean and the staff are always professional and kind. Highly recommend!
