I would give 5 stars for the therapist if it weren't for the poor business practices. I do NOT recommend the monthly membership. It is a waste of money. Appointments are often canceled, yet you are still charged. You can cancel the membership, but you only get a very short time to use credits and will most likely lose them. They also make canceling difficult. You have to cancel in person. You also can't cancel Appointments online and have to call and cancel during business hours. Excellent massage therapists with relaxing ambience inside. However, if you're looking for a business to establish a cordial relationship with, this is not it. My tire went flat en route and on the side of the road I had to call and postpone. I was politely told "That's terrible, I'm so sorry! We're still charging you."
