Its a no-stress vibe, from the reminder texts, to waiting room and with the masseuse. I have seen a variety of front desk workers and all are very sweet, polite and helpful. Even some have engaged in a little convo while waiting, which I enjoy. My two favorite massage therapists are: Arnecia and Tika.
