Beware - no follow up from what Element Massage Forest Park as promised after sharing bad service. I sent Element Massage, Forest Park an email on 8/3/26 - 8/9/26 - 8/13/26 ... NO REPLY. So much for their, "we remain willing to review your concerns fairly. This is after I recieved a massage from Juan and got a diagnosis - trauma imaging bruising and swelling from his pressure, resulting in hearing a pop during the massage. Plus, weeks of pain. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Everyone was very professional and kind. Iliana touched basis on all my parts of my body more attention. I had this Friday and still relaxing the weekend. I have been here before and love coming back.
