It was my first time here and it’ll be my last. I didn’t get the intro rate. My massage was subpar. There were things happening during my massage that shouldn’t have happened. Therapists don’t keep towels in the room? They have to go in the back in the middle of your massage to get a towel? Little details that places like Hand & Stone do without needing to be prompted. My wife loves it, she signed up for the membership and she’s very picky. Friendly staff with scheduling, they’ve got a customer now due to that service.
Great experience at the Elements massage! Ted is outstanding—his muscle relaxation therapy is incredibly effective and precise. He quickly identified tension areas and worked them out with expert technique. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend Ted for anyone needing real relief.
