It was my first time here and it’ll be my last. I didn’t get the intro rate. My massage was subpar. There were things happening during my massage that shouldn’t have happened. Therapists don’t keep towels in the room? They have to go in the back in the middle of your massage to get a towel? Little details that places like Hand & Stone do without needing to be prompted.
