Everything leading up to our visit was nice and professional, but once we got there things went downhill. Booked an HOUR LONG couples massage to use a gift card we got from Spa and Wellness where this location is listed as a vendor. We arrived 15mins early, the ambiance is..subpar and our massage started on time at 7:15. I know it started exactly on time because I looked at the clock in the room before I got on the table. Sabrina H was amazing. She gave me a great facial, I was literally glowing afterwards. I got a lot of compliments on my skin the next day. She took her time and I never felt rush. I have been converted and will be going back to her often.
