I've been going to Elements for 8 years. It has been a wonderful experience every time. I love Terrance for he's the greatest. I also was able to change an appointment and still see another newer therapist Maria which she was the greatest too. I wasn't able to make my other appointment. The receptionists work with you and are very friendly. I love Elements!
Been a member for over a decade and still very satisfied! The front staff- especially Karen is very helpful in keeping me on top of my appointments. Making sure I am using my monthly benefit and working with me when I have to make changes. I was worried when Jake moved but Karen recommended Veronica and she has been great!
This establishment is not professional. I had an appointment that I booked online and they canceled it without notifying me. I came all the way out there for my appointment for them to tell me it was canceled.
Top notch service starts when I walk in the door. Excellent customer service. I've seen a few different therapists, and they have been excellent!
I must say the staff were very professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming, the massage itself felt good, but very basic for the price point.
