Had a 90 minute massage scheduled, however, it was only 75 minutes. They don't factor in the time to undress and dress, which anywhere I've been they start the timer and do the full time paid for. Feel jipped considering how much more expensive the 90 minute is vs the 60 minute. Therapist also didn't work on feet which is where alot of stress relief can come from as well. I did give stars because the staff was extremely polite.
Excellent experience every time. They are always so helpful and accommodating on the phone. Lots of scheduling options. Therapist did a fantastic job, perfect mix of relaxation and working on tension areas. Very calming, clean facility.
I've been going here every month for the last year. The membership saves $10 each massage, and you can cancel any time. I have always been greeted warmly and professionally over the phone and in person. I absolutely love Mary and recommend her to all my friends. Definitely better than my graston deep tissue work I used to get elsewhere. Canceling the membership is one area they can improve upon.
