Went in for a float session and my experience was great. Very clean facilities, decently-sized private rooms, and there was even a high-end blow dryer suite for guests to finish getting ready without holding up the float room. Loved it, will go back whenever I’m in town!
Customer service was very nice and the therapist who helped me, Ming, was super helpful in making me feel better, overall I would honestly give the experience 5/5 stars. While I’m not the kind of guy to regularly get massages, it was a very welcoming safe place that helped me achieve the looseness and relaxation it was promised it would be! Thank you so much, and if I’m ever in town again I’d love to book myself another appointment
Elements is great. The facility is well organized, managed and extremely clean. The staff has always been professional and quick to great you upon arrival. My technician was fantastic as well and I look forward to going back soon!

I tried the float tank at Elements because my usual float tank spa was closed. The facility was very clean and well equipped and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I will not be returning to float there again. Unfortunately, the water temperature in their float tanks is way too warm. Instead of being close to body temperature to reduce sensation as much as possible, their water was more like a hot bath.
