My massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. When I left I rely rejuvenated and ready for life!!
The float pods are incredible. I have now floated well over 60 times and each experience gets better. The second you lay down to float on the Epsom Salt water, you immediately become weightless, feel the pressure come right off of your body and you can feel your muscles releasing. This is quite helpful when you pair the float with a massage immediately after, as you can feel the exact areas your pain is coming from (your massage therapist will appreciate this). Elements Spa in Acton is not a place you'd want to visit if you're looking to relax. While the masseuses are excellent, the management is absolutely terrible. Staff turnover is high, so appointments are frequently canceled or switched to a different therapist than the one you originally booked. It's common to receive a text confirming your massage at the same time you're getting a call saying it's been changed. Cancellations often happen with less than 24 hours’ notice.
