Elements is very clean and provides a very tranquil environment. The massage therapists are professional. I love the float tank.
Ken is always super accommodating. Works fast and takes care of all my problems areas by the end of my session. Sometimes masseuses won't make smalltalk, but Ken is always down for meaningful conversation that takes my focus off the pain (I weight lift and don't take great care of my body so my muscles are ridiculously tight). It doesn't feel transactional, and l always feel in good spirits as I walk out door. Definitely would recommend and will keep coming back
Pam listened and we made a game plan to work on where I was having most of my tightness. I felt so relaxed after and made another appointment.
Very nice place. The staff was very friendly. The therapist was really good. The rooms were clean.
