I’ve been coming to the Acton location for 2 years. Jackie is by far the best massage therapist here. She is a great listener and tailors each session to fit whatever I need that day. I’ve come to Jackie with insomnia, stress, and pain and she has helped me relax, recover, and rejuvenate each and every time. I have Carolyn that I see once a month she is very good always gives me the most respect she is kind and friendly and always does a great job. The front desk staff are always very friendly and kind I highly recommend Elements if you are in need of a massage. I have sent my friends and daughter to them and they enjoyed the experience.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would! Good business practices?? How about illegally charging someone $800+ while they hadn’t had an appointment there in MONTHS! With all that money they have been stealing it looks like they could at least use some equipment upgrades.
