After over 15+ years I canceled my membership because they could never get me on the schedule. I was on the waitlist yet somehow never got a call but received the daily emails about availability and would call and was told they were booked. The worse part is I had 14 unused massages that had to be used by 01Aug (canceled in May) and when I tried to schedule, you guessed it, they couldn’t schedule me. Which means they have roughly $2500 of my money I still cant get in for a massage. The front desk is no help!
I got a facial by Jess who was so welcoming and did such a great job! My face feels nice even now, two weeks later. Booking was easy online and I was able to get an appointment just one day out. Thank you for having me and I look forward to coming back!
