Had one prenatal massage with Jackie that was great (hence the two stars), but they don’t seem to have the staff availability or processes in place to match their membership deals for pregnant clients. Their office proceeded to book me with two therapists who don’t do prenatal massage. I didn’t find out about that until after I showed up to the appointment. Had to cancel those apts too. Elements is very clean and provides a very tranquil environment. The massage therapists are professional. I love the float tank.
Ken is always super accommodating. Works fast and takes care of all my problems areas by the end of my session. Sometimes masseuses won't make smalltalk, but Ken is always down for meaningful conversation that takes my focus off the pain (I weight lift and don't take great care of my body so my muscles are ridiculously tight). It doesn't feel transactional, and l always feel in good spirits as I walk out door. Definitely would recommend and will keep coming back
