Christina is excellent and I highly recommend her.
Loved it there. My therapist was amazing.
One of the things I enjoy most about Elements Massage is that each therapist has their own unique style. The only problem with this is that once I tried Kristina it is hard to explore others. She has a unique style that leaves me loosened and not feeling sore after. She finds the tension “knots” and traces the supporting muscles to loosen them and then just presses the knot rather than grinding to loosen, if that makes sense. She is wonderful to work with. It's been 7ish years since I've been to this location. Recently went and Kristina took care of me, just right amount of time pressure applied everywhere. Will definitely return again soon.
