Brian was great. He is very personable and really takes the time to address your needs. He found all the knots in my back and even those I did not know I had.
I’m leaving one star for my massage with Helen. Unfortunately her English was extremely poor, so I assume that is why she did not listen to anything I said or asked for. I went for a full body massage, and she barely moved from my shoulders (I did tell her my shoulders were sore, but not to ignore the rest of my body) She used her forearms and elbows, not her hands, and truthfully was the worst massage I have ever received professionally. If you have had or continue to have chiropractic adjustments I highly recommend augmenting that with body work at elements !
Easy parking, easy and fast check in and out with great service, fantastic massage and the environment is great (temp, mood, sound, smell)!
