I bought a massage gift card for my husband and made an appointment. He filled out the information form ahead of time and arrived for his appointment. On the form he indicated that he had CLL (a form of leukemia). When he arrived the front desk girl said that the massage therapist refuses to give him a massage. You need to educate your staff. My session was canceled not once, but twice this week. Disappointing to say the least.
I had such a great experience at Elements Massage! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my therapist did an amazing job—listened carefully to what I needed and worked out all the tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a calming experience!
Massage therapist that have true knowledge on how to effectively treat pain and get results. The staff is professional and helpful with knowing what kind of appointment to set-up. Booking an appointment was easy. The place is very clean. The results were incredible. I absolutely love this place.
