Beyond disappointing experience with extremely rude staff at front desk. Nicole should NOT be in customer service. Very rude and argumentative. Not to mention the manager that sat there and let her be rude to a customer! So disappointing and disgusting
Manager and staff - beyond awful! I want to start by saying the massage therapist herself was excellent — professional, skilled, and the actual massage was great. Unfortunately, everything that happened at the front desk completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. Went in to Elements Massage to get a massage yesterday and I've got to say the service was exceptional!! They always treat their clients very well and they make sure you're comfortable when you go back for your massage or something whatever you want... Definitely going to return!!
