Good service and great staff.
Greg was a great masseuse. Very easy to make an appointment online. Very clean and welcoming lobby and staff. Mention of membership benefits but no pressure to purchase.
Made an appointment - got a call from Brianna the day before saying that they had to cancel due to the therapist "not working there anymore". Although I had marked that I only wanted a female therapist, Brianna "thought" she was "helping" me by offering a male therapist same day or a female on a different day - even though I let her know that I work during the week (repeatedly). Brianna wasn't listening to my concerns, or anything for that matter, and gave me attitude over the phone. No real help, no compassion, only Brianna... read more
