The membership provides great savings, inspires me to continue self-care regularly and the therapists are excellent communicators, always making sure they are meeting your needs in the time allotted! I also think their cancellation policy is pretty generous. Great all around. Beautiful and clean inside. Elizabeth was excellent!
Troy is absolutely amazing! Troy has very strong hands and is able to provide a true deep tissue massage. He is skilled at trigger point and myofascial release. He listens carefully to requests and knows how to deliver, yet he is also able to find any tight areas on his own. Troy is highly recommended for those with sciatica, chronic pain and/or very tight muscles.
