I had my first facial with Livi and she was fantastic! I was so comfortable and relaxed in her care. What a wonderful escape from reality.
Never buy a gift certificate from any Elements Massage location. They will not honor it at any other locations, even if your location goes out of business, which is what happened to me and probably many other people. Corporate can nationalize the gift card to make it work, but they do not answer the phone and refuse to respond to multiple messages. Very bad look for this organization. Cannot recommend based on the corporate negligence and abuse of its formerly repeat customers.
