Really could not be more disappointed with the multitude of attempted experiences we've had with elements massage. I bought a membership for my girlfriend for Christmas, and scheduled our first couples massage for January. 5 months later, that massage in January is the only one that has happened as scheduled. Our February appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes on a Saturday.
