Subscription deal for members is rather nice, with massage time rolled over over if a month is missed. The LMTs that I've seen here have all been very professional, communicating clearly and never crossing boundaries. They are also personable, easy to talk to or rest quietly and relax into the service with if the mood strikes. I love it here! But today, my birthday of course, I got to my appointment 10 mins late due to an accident on the highway. Called ahead of time to give notice. I get set and ready for my 2:15 at 2:28 and at 2:30 was concerned why no one knocked at the door. I told myself I would not wait after 2:35. I don't understand what took more than 5 minutes for someone to come in as I am running late. They still get paid. My time get shorted. Needless to say, i walked out upset.
