I love it here! But today, my birthday of course, I got to my appointment 10 mins late due to an accident on the highway. Called ahead of time to give notice. I get set and ready for my 2:15 at 2:28 and at 2:30 was concerned why no one knocked at the door. I told myself I would not wait after 2:35. I don't understand what took more than 5 minutes for someone to come in as I am running late. They still get paid. My time get shorted. Needless to say, i walked out upset. Excellent. Front desk was very kind and attentive. Ian was very respectful and professional. Very skilled with strong hands. Nearly had to tap out a few times. Would recommend
