Unethical Cancellation Practices – Warning I tried for over five months to cancel my membership at Elements Massage Laguna Niguel after an emergency relocation. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, franchisee, and owner, I was told cancellation was only possible in person—something I couldn’t do from out of the area. Brandon gives an excellent deep tissue massage. Staff are excellent in working with customers to find the right therapist. Looking forward to the next service.
Just had my first massage there at it was quite underwhelming. Scheduler moved my apartment earlier by 30 min last minute. I ended up being late. Pressure was almost non existent. She never checked on pressure. Only part that felt good was traps but that lasted less than 2 minutes. When I told her we should have fixed the majority of the time on traps, she corrected me that my whole body needs work.
