Unethical Cancellation Practices – Warning I tried for over five months to cancel my membership at Elements Massage Laguna Niguel after an emergency relocation. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, franchisee, and owner, I was told cancellation was only possible in person—something I couldn’t do from out of the area.
