Very courteous and very friendly. Always take time out and ask you did you enjoy your massage . Manager (Joyce) is like a personal friend always willing to take time to listen . Very clean and very professional therapists. ( my therapist), is the best . She had given my massages and done out of this world job. If you like pressure and even if you don’t. She is the one you want!
Was a member for many years and enjoyed several wonderful massage therapists at Elements Massage in Bannockburn. I had two unused massages that I had paid for and they would not honor them and said they had no record of them. I was in the establishment and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They told me I had to do it online so I went home and opened the email they sent me with the cancellation form and it states cancellation must be done in person. Had the weirdest experience during my interview facial for the esthetician position. First, Suzanne the owner tells me their protocol will include 2 gua-sha devices and sets me up with tools for a facial. When Joyce the manager steps in for me to give her a facial she says she will undress her top portion and starts removing her shirt - I get up and let her know I’d step out for this to which she replies “what, you don’t have boobs?” No lady, I do have boobs but I carry myself as a professional and offer my guests privacy - ... read more

Excellent experience every-time! The staff is friendly and always helpful with concerns or questions. I purchased the membership for my girlfriend to get a massage every month. My girlfriend always enjoys her massage and looks forward every month for her deep tissue session. Joyce the manager always greets us with a smile and is kind and courteous to us. Highly recommend!!
