I've been a member at the Elements Bannockburn for many many years, and there's many reasons why I have stayed so long! The therapists are amazing and professional (currently seeing Maya, who is wonderful), the front desk staff Sarah and manager Joyce are knowledgeable, warm, kind and always make you feel at home. The Bannockburn location is exceptionally clean and professional with a friendly and accommodating staff. If you are looking for a healing massage, Kathy is one of the best therapists I've met. Her use of Himalayan hot stones has really improved my overall well being.
