Elements in Bannockburn is exceptional! I have been getting massages for over 30 years and Joy ( manager) hits all the criteria that even high end places strive to achieve. Firstly, the rooms are nice and spacious- giving the practitioner space to care for you. Joy hires THE BEST massage therapists as well. Quiet, restful, restorative, and very clean. Joyce and Sara at the front desk are pleasant and efficient. We enjoy the massages from Maya and Suzanna and have a facial from Olga. Regular monthly visits are a real treat. Thank you!

I've had a membership for over a year at a different location and wanted to try another location. I was able to book 1 hr deep tissue massage appointment online for Monday 6pm with Claire. On the day of the appointment, I left a message to see if Claire could accommodate me earlier, the manager called me back within 5 min and was able to move my appointment up. Claire was amazing.
