Bebe gets 10 stars! She’s absolutely fantastic & so talented. The Elements staff are so kind & friendly, and the atmosphere is very calming. I highly recommend Elements (and Bebe!).
This is the second time over the years I have used the Element's services for my needs involving back problems. Both times I have found, first, the office staff to be most professional and respectful, helping explain the process very well and patiently. The therapist Forrest is amazing. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He has amazing techniques for pain management and relaxation. The studio is clean and the staff is very nice.
The staff were friendly and professional. The services themselves — both facial and massage — were great. They have good massage therapists. And they actually have an aesthetician on staff. Not every Elements Massage does.
Paola B provided an exceptional massage experience. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and courtesy created a calming atmosphere. the 60-minute relaxing massage was absolutely worth the wait and exceeded my expectations!
