Not really customer focused... Last time I was there, I had booked a 60-minute massage, as noted in my calendar. I received, however, a 90-minute massage (which was lovely - Ramona is terrific!), which I hadn't asked for. None of their 3 automatic text/email reminders indicated it was 90 minutes, nor had they mentioned that it was 90 minutes when I checked in.
