I’m writing this review on behalf of my sister because she is so frustrated and disappointed with her experience that she no longer even wants to deal with this business. She signed up for an Elements Massage membership at $108 per month after being assured that the membership was flexible and that she could move appointments around if life got busy. Front staff is great and lot's of therapists from which to choose.
Bebe gets 10 stars! She’s absolutely fantastic & so talented. The Elements staff are so kind & friendly, and the atmosphere is very calming. I highly recommend Elements (and Bebe!).
This is the second time over the years I have used the Element's services for my needs involving back problems. Both times I have found, first, the office staff to be most professional and respectful, helping explain the process very well and patiently. Second, the person helping with the massage has been most kind and helpful and highly professional and attentive to needs, which in my case basically serves as therapy for chronic back problems affecting mobility. The therapist Forrest is amazing. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He has amazing techniques for pain management and relaxation. The studio is clean and the staff is very nice.
