Jessica was very professional, and friendly each time I was there. Due to an injury, I had to cancel my membership abruptly. I had one massage left on my account. The associate at the desk confirmed that I had until 1/31/26 to schedule my last massage, or pass it on. I went to Elements Massage in Hilliard for years to help with chronic pain. Therapists are great and front desk is friendly. However, management at the Hilliard location does not honor requests and does not care about you or customer service. Even though I had a membership for years and called to cancel an appointment ONE TIME due to having a personal emergency for me plus needing to take my husband to the ER (I offered to provide proof if needed), they refused to waive the $60 fee they charged me.
