The location was clean, the staff was very helpful and professional. They were detail oriented and made sure all my questions were answered before and after my massage. My therapist, Sam, was highly recomended and did an excellent job. I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My neck tension greatly improved after the first treatment and I will be visiting again soon.
I have been with Elements for over 2 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences. However, I recently found Rick and he is so good. Right pressure, good time management and just overall good at giving feedback.
Posting on my wife’s behalf. This company is really just fraudulent at this point and out to scam its customers. Long story short, my wife went in Friday for a massage and facial. The power went out which obviously is beyond the staff’s control. The front desk staff said someone would call her to approve the charges. Sydney called my wife Monday and left her a voicemail saying she would be charged $40ish for the appointments Friday (this was after the credits were applied). Don’t waste your time. Read this review and the last few. Absolutely would not recommend. Long story short… The front desk tried to have me update my account so that I would not be charged interest. I went through this whole process of showing the massage therapy referral and adjusting paperwork. I confirmed that they had the correct card on file while in person and they did.
