Posting on my wife’s behalf. This company is really just fraudulent at this point and out to scam its customers. Long story short, my wife went in Friday for a massage and facial. The power went out which obviously is beyond the staff’s control. The front desk staff said someone would call her to approve the charges. Sydney called my wife Monday and left her a voicemail saying she would be charged $40ish for the appointments Friday (this was after the credits were applied). Don’t waste your time. Read this review and the last few. Absolutely would not recommend. Long story short… The front desk tried to have me update my account so that I would not be charged interest. I went through this whole process of showing the massage therapy referral and adjusting paperwork. I confirmed that they had the correct card on file while in person and they did. Jessica was very professional, and friendly each time I was there. Due to an injury, I had to cancel my membership abruptly. I had one massage left on my account. The associate at the desk confirmed that I had until 1/31/26 to schedule my last massage, or pass it on. When I called to schedule today, that expiration date was moved to 12/31/25, and there’s nothing they offered to do to make this right.
