Wonderful experience. The kind receptionist greets you warmly. Calm and knowledgable, my therapist Stephanie worked the needed areas. I will definitely return. No pressure sale to buy the membership. That is refreshing.
Great service from the front desk with Barbara and the massage with Stevie. I sit all day and my back was in pain when I walked in. I am well now. Looking forward to my next massage. Treat yourself you deserve it! That's what I told myself as well. Enjoy! Thank you!
After being an Elements member for years, I’ve unfortunately watched the experience go downhill. The biggest issue seems to be their inability to maintain stable staffing. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and stick around, but after multiple disappointing visits, I’ve decided I won’t be returning.
