Had a strange experience… received a prenatal massage as a gift and upon checking in I had to wait because the staff accidentally put a non-pregnant client in the room with the prenatal table. My massage started about 10 minutes late due to this and ended a couple minutes early. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt so I brushed it off until they asked me to pay an “elite fee” upon checkout. Overall horrible experience. Stay away. Especially Desert Ridge branch.
JJ was great. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was could understand.
This was my first time going there. JJ did amazing job. Definitely will be coming back.
