I signed up for a membership and I have received 2 wonderful massages. I decided to use a different person for my 3rd massage and when I went this morning for my massage, I scheduled a month ago, I was told after sitting there for 10 minutes that the massage therapist didn't know she was scheduled this morning. Keep in mind, I scheduled this about a month ago and I also received a reminder of this appointment Friday which I confirmed. I was so upset.
