I was looking forward to my first visit to Elements Massage after having it recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, all of the therapists she had seen were no longer with the practice, so I was scheduled with someone else. The staff was friendly, and they were able to move my appointment up, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience just didn't meet my expectations. Excellent massage care- facility is exquisitely clean and soothing- the lighting, the fixtures, the background relaxing music- as well as the very well trained and pleasant staff. Thank you!
