I’m a repeat customer of this business and have had many good experiences here before. However, I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of due to a recent experience. I had a massage scheduled that I had to cancel the day before due to an unexpected work commitment. I called and was informed that I would be charged for this cancellation, which I understood and said was okay. John is a very good massage therapist. He helped with my back issues and showed me some stretches to do. He even identified a 40 yr old injury that I forgot about. Big fan of Elements Massage and will continue to use their services.
