I've always had a good experience at Elements. At the Broomfield Elements the manager was very understanding about a concern that I had and gave all the proper information I required. The massage therapist was highly skilled. I look forward to trying out different massage therapists as well.
Well, Randy has ruined me for other massage therapists. After my first session with him, I signed up for the monthly membership and haven’t looked back.
GO TO JILL! I went for a 90 and asked for her to focus on my neck, shoulders, and the back of my skull. I asked for a Firm (3-4 on their website). She murdered my knots with little discomfort! She got to muscles in my neck and jaw that I didn’t know existed! This was my phenomenal. I spent the next hour after allowing my sinuses to drain out, totally surprised by that. She’s super good! Booked an appointment online with ease. Front desk was friendly and helpful before and after the massage. Randy was the massage therapist and he was patient and listened to the issues I was struggling with. As he worked, he explained what he was seeing where he felt he should focus to help relieve my pain and discomfort. Definitely felt that Randy tuned the massage to my most immediate needs, instead of repeating the same head to toe deep tissue massages I've had before. Looking forward to future visits!
