Everyone at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. I see Joy for my massages and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Joy phenomenal and attentive in making sure I am comfortable as well as benefiting as much as i can from the massage. The facility is over all clean place and well kept. Elements has a wide rage of massage therapists so there really is someone for everyone there. Highly recommend!
I unfortunately had an awful experience. My therapist, whos name I'll keep private, was very sweet, but her approach was abrupt, her technique was rough, and she was all over the place. There was no flow in the session. On my legs she seemed to just be going through the motions without any real presence or connection with what my body was offering for feedback. I was a member but canceled my membership because I had a massage by Gwen, great massage, the next massage was also great. The front desk told me that I owed another $10 because Gwen had an According higher degree in massage therapy. I said that was was never told about this extra charge. They waived the charge. I scheduled the appointment. I called the office and they told me I would have to pay the extra $10 for my next appointment.
