Both women at the front were very lovely and helpful on my way in and out. Facilities were clean and relaxing, the couch in the waiting area was incredibly comfortable. Steve was awesome, made me feel super at ease and comfortable as it was my first time there. He was great at checking in on the level of pressure throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Wonderful experience I didn't want it to end! I look forward to being back next month!

Just had my first facial at Elements with Neny and I loved it! Neny was considerate of what my concerns were and after getting a close up of my skin she knew right away what I needed! I purchased two products out of the few she had suggested and am super excited to begin this process! Will definitely be coming back. Overall great experience!
Good experience with just about all of the massage therapists here. The member plan is great. The one thing that the space is due for, is new carpeting in the rooms.
