Christy is absolutely outstanding. She is worth every penny! I have been getting massages for years and she is truly the best of the best.
Honestly I would give 0/5 starts if that were possible. I made an appt at midnight on 4/18 thinking it was got 4/25. I immediately saw my mistake and went to cancel the appt online. There was no way to cancel the appt online so I called and left a message first thing in the morning at 6:20am. The store opened at 9:00am and I hadn’t received a call so I tried to call again at 9:52 with no answer so I left another message. I'm very sick. Like in the bathroom every 10 minutes sick. Fever of 101 kinda sick. But because I got sick within 24 hours of my appointment, there's no exceptions, so I either go and hopefully don't vomit, or worse, everywhere or let them take $45. But as the lady i spoke to (the THIRD time I called) said, "we're not forcing you to come in". Sure, but you're still taking my money. And like I'm not canceling outright, I'm rescheduling.
