I really don't have anything bad to say about the people actually giving the massages. However, their front office staff should be trained in much more detail before explaining the policies and procedures for memberships. I called in during January to cancel my membership because I simply wasn't using my "credits" on a monthly basis. Friendly staff, easy on-line booking, on-time, and great massages!
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Multiple times our couples massage was canceled due to staff issues. We finally had an appointment set for this past Sunday. We arrived on time to be told the couples room was occupied and we would need to make another appointment. Needless to say we will not be making another appointment.
I had a disappointing experience at Elements Massage. Unfortunately, the massage felt uncomfortable, and the therapist seemed inexperienced. There were moments when the therapists technique was rough, even scratching my skin, which made the session uncomfortable. Overall, the quality was below expectations.
