I've asked repeatedly for a manager (Jenna) to call me after they completely messed up the scheduling my appointment (and I arrived on time to find that there was no massage therapist available). A great experience for my first time at Element with Heather as my massage therapist. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and overall a great experience.
I booked a last minute massage at Elements to treat myself on my birthday. I was a bit nervous because I had never been to Elements before, but I was so pleasantly surprised! I had the most WONDERFUL massage with Mamiko. She was so professional, courteous, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Everything was great from check in to check out. If you book a service here, you won’t be disappointed.
