Absolutely terrible communication, I was not made aware of any sort of cancellation fee nor was given any sort of notice of a cancellation policy. I gave 19 hours notice and was still charged even though i was originally trying to reschedule, and now i will never go again. don’t waste your time or money on unprofessional places like this!
Serious language barrier and asks for tips right up front before the massage. Then they try to barter a bigger tip, again before anything was done.
I've asked repeatedly for a manager (Jenna) to call me after they completely messed up the scheduling my appointment (and I arrived on time to find that there was no massage therapist available). Despite multiple polite requests over many months they have not called or responded beside sending emails asking what I'd like to discuss. When I explain, they don't respond. A great experience for my first time at Element with Heather as my massage therapist. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and overall a great experience.
