I highly recommend Kassandra and Elements in Chester. I have found all the staff to be extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Although I have had several great massages here, Kassandra is next level. Literally the best massage I have ever had.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CHESTER OR MORRIS PLAINS LOCATIONS! I was supposed to get a 90-minute massage but only received a 70-minute massage and was still expected to pay full price! When I brought this to the owner's attention, she deflected, and I was banned in front of other guests! This was extremely humiliating especially since I did NOTHING wrong except point out a discrepancy. arrived on time. made to wait 10 minutes in the waiting room. eventually shown in to a room. had 5 secod conversation with the provider. she left. I sat there for a bit. eventually went back up to front desk. was told I'd have to be rescheduled. Kind of weird given my interaction with the provider was "how are you" "i'm fine today". I'm a prepaid client. Kind feels like a just paid for someone's 1 hour break. Would definitely not recommend
