Lyndi is the best massage practitioner I've experienced in the area. Very skilled and attentive to specific trouble spots. Rooms are clean and the staff members I've interacted with are very friendly.
Poorly operated. Management (Samantha) doesn’t seem to care about the cleanliness or integrity of the business. The massage therapists are great but management could use a freshen up course.
The studio is always clean. The staff is very friendly and they do a really great job making clients feel comfortable. Lyndi and Tiffany are great!
Predatory and Misleading Policy My husband purchased a gift card for me to be used at Elements. Based on the website, gift cards do not expire. This was perfect for our situation, as he wanted me to receive a prenatal massage. Due to a complicated and traumatic pregnancy, the massage was pushed off. When we finally went to use the gift card, we were informed that this location sells gift cards that expire because he purchased it in the store.
