If I could give a zero I would. Extremely disappointing and unethical experience with Elements Massage – Chester. My husband was a long-time member at the Morris Plains Elements Massage, which closed on 12/31. He had placed his membership on hold because he had 12 prepaid 90-minute sessions remaining. We spoke directly with the manager, who told us it was fine for me and our daughter to use the remaining sessions. i have been going to Elements of Chester for years now and always had a very satisfying experience. Most recently I’ve been scheduling monthly with Kassandra because she is awesome. At times my problem areas may change and require more attention . When this happens Kassandra has no problem adjusting to the time and pressure required to always have me consistently leaving feeling 100% better.
Book a massage at the Chester, NJ location ASAP! He is great at pain relief and soothing sore muscles. You won't be disappointed!
One of the worse massages I have ever experienced. The girl at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The massage therapist was polite, but his hands were like a child was giving me a massage. Also, the tables are not heated, so it was very chilly and uncomfortable. When I checked out, the girl ant the front desk didn’t even bother to ask how was everything. That’s like common courtesy. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
