It's a good place with a great community, but for newcomers just to be extra careful. I opted for the free trial which was fun but I ended up fracturing my ribs and I'm on very strong painkillers for the next month. Perhaps through my own cavalierness, but also the introduction session felt a bit rushed and oversubscribed. I also found it hard to understand the instructor, but perhaps that is something I need to work on. Amazing club super friendly and talented bjj team im new to the area and they were all very welcoming
Incredibly welcoming and very thorough in making sure that you understand the move youre doing and why. The coaches were impeccible.
Intro to BJJ was fun. Recommended
