I have been visiting Melanie for acupuncture treatments at Elements in Motion for over a year now, and I cannot recommend her enough! She takes a wholistic view of a person's body and mind before each treatment. I really appreciate how thoughtful and thorough she has been, and the treatments really do bring me peace.

Elements in Motion is great! The practice is very conveniently located right in downtown Takoma Park, and it's calming space to be in as well. Melanie is thoughtful, kind, and a good listener who tailors her treatments based on my needs and symptoms. I barely ever feel the needles (which I can't say for all the acupuncturists I've been to!), and most importantly, Melanie has effectively helped manage my pain. I look forward to my weekly sessions.
