Can’t even breathe without getting a fine in these places. CS Management is a joke!! I recommend not living in any property that CS management supposedly manages!! Also don’t leave your empty bottles on the balcony because you will get a fine for that too. Highly recommend not moving to these small absurd places
Disappointing build quality, the contractors hired for repairs last year also left ceiling residue on our walls. Patio door frame wasn't correctly insulated, Paper thin walls in every direction to the point you can smell what your neighbors are cooking. And many rowdy tenants with unmonitored children.
My experience with the management company of this building has been overwhelmingly negative. Customer service is consistently lacking — inquiries are often met with attitude and frustration rather than helpfulness or professionalism. There are unreasonable and inconsistently enforced policies.
