Furnance froze on coldest day minus 31. Jason was able to come and work on it within hours of calling. Great job
My lesson learned: Never pay up front for a Bitterroot job or you will be out of your money. This is a terrible company. They half-way-installed a new furnace-HVAC-A/C system two years ago on my home. ($20K) It never worked properly. After many calls and promises to come and complete the install and ensure it works, Jason just simply went radio silent and refused to return calls or show up. I ended up having to pay another company to come in (another $2K) to fix all of his installation errors and complete the job.
honest work, honest price. i read reviews that were either great or no bid recieved, lol, sounds right. you want him working on your hvac.
