Excellent initial physio appointment with Lori. She was thorough, listened carefully, and clearly explained my treatment plan. I already felt some relief and more confident about my recovery. She made me feel well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
After getting into an accident in early December, Elements Health was able to get me in to see a chiropractor the very next day! Since then, I've been more than happy with the services provided by Dr. Syndey (chiro), Donna (physio), and Brianna (massage). The front desk staff are always pleasant to deal with and were a big help in getting all the necessary paperwork completed properly.
Lori Kinahan is an incredible physiotherapist. Very professional, experienced, and friendly! Thank you Lori for all the help!
Called to book an appointment was told they had a slot open at 4:45 I asked if I could call them right back Just so I can make sure I didn’t have anything getting in the way and they told me that was absolutely fine. Called back not even five minutes later to book the appointment and they didn’t answer the phone. Call back a few minutes after that and was told that somebody already booked it.
