My partner had an appointment booked today, arrived for their appointment and was told after waiting 5-10 minutes that they were very sorry but were running so behind that they needed to cancel the appointment. Disappointing that they hadn’t called earlier and wasted their time getting to an appointment that was pre-scheduled only to be turned away. Previously satisfied with their cuts but won’t be going back after this experience.

Alicia and Tonaya are lovely and friendly and understood what I wanted done to my hair. Left feeling super happy with my colour and blow dry.

The owner overbooked me to the point I had to relocate as her husband was threatening me iv had clients messaging me everyday asking for another salon to go to she also has no money left and couldn’t pay her stalf resulting in her no being able to pay for anyone’s annual leave she also refuses to bring her phone into work and broke myn as a result

Alicia is lovely and friendly and understood what I wanted done to my hair. Left feeling super happy with my colour and blow dry. I feel the need to edit this. I can only recommend Alicia. I had a bad experience with another hair dresser there.
