I have recently decided to take some time to focus on myself and booked in compression therapy for my knee pain and I am absolutely hooked! I have not slept without pain or been able to get up without pain for months until now!! I also tried the infrared sauna and float and was felt like a new person afterwards!! So relaxing I recommend everyone to take some time out and remember what it is like to slow down for the day in this rat race!
Everyone here are so nice to deal with. I recently got diagnosed with a health issue and didn't know where to begin. With the help of the owner and staff I feel like I'm beginning to get a handle on things again thanks to their help. The place is always clean with an air of calmness which is perfect. Highly recommend
I absolutely love my Pilates classes at Elements Float & Wellness Centre. The classes are welcoming, supportive and enjoyable, and I always feel comfortable working at my own level. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and I really appreciate the attention they give to making sure movements are performed safely and correctly. Pilates has become such an important part of my week. I’ve noticed a real difference in my strength, mobility and confidence, and I genuinely look forward to going to class. Elements is a real treasure. The equipment is 1st rate. They have a medical grade HBOT with a comfy massage chair! Roomy saunas, and 380kg of Epsom salts in each float tank! Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The centre is spotless and relaxing with well equipped bathrooms. You always feel like you're the only one there, despite knowing that's certainly not the case. I love going there!
Absolutely beautiful facilities, superb friendly staff and the float session made me feel more relaxed than any massage I've ever had!
