After alot of Travel and being awake for 19hrs, I felt ready for a sleep or alot of Coffee..but a 45min Infra-Red Sauna followed by a 60min Float in the Magnesium Pool, I woke up the following morning feeling, calm, relaxed and energised for the Weekend. I highly recommend Elements Float Wellness Centre

I did my first Oxygen Therapy mHBOT session. It was great. The staff guided me through it and were so supportive. Would highly recommend this. I felt great afterwards and looking forward to my next session
