Typically I would rate this at four stars but when we visited the service was below the bar. We waited way longer then normal for our food and it appear the kitchen was "flooded" and the server was over sat. Food was awesome as always but wish the service has been a little better.

Our family celebration of my son's birthday became a very disappointing evening. After almost an hour and a half, our food was not served. Finally, we were given an explanation revealing that the chef resigned yesterday.The wait staff was pleasant and efficient; but we were never served our meals. Element's has been an extraordinary restaurant for quite a long time; however, the reputation cannot be maintained without immediate changes.

Stopped in on 7-7-19 for dinner. Our server was Haley, she was excellent. Very courteous and friendly. The building is nicely appointed inside. It is a higher end establishment so the price points are above a fast food restaurant, but well worth it. The food was excellent, and well presented. It started with some nice crusty bread and oil and vinegar to dip it in. I had the meat and cheese board. This appetizer is one of the best I ever had and it's a light meal into itself.
