My husband is living with Stage 4 cancer and going through chemotherapy. We had a scheduled appointment for a couples massage, but he was too sick to go through with the service. We stopped in and asked for a reschedule or some compassion and received neither. We were charged full price for both massages even though we did not receive them. When we went inside to discuss this with them, they threatened to call 911. Policy is policy but there should be compromise and compassion for a man on his honeymoon with stage 4 cancer.
Gina and her team are amazing. I have been to many spas and Elements is on the top of my list. Sarah gives the best massages and works with me and my stress points. I have attended many of Gina’s classes for meditation and have learned so much about myself and how to live a happy fulfilling life. I take what I have learned and pit it to practise in my everyday life. I have also benefited greatly from reiki from Gina. Girls you are wonderful.
