I just returned home from my favorite spa, Day Elements spa in Holly. I wanted to use my $140 gift card, it is six months overdue, but due to the Covid, and I’m a healthcare worker, I just now am fully vaccinated, I feel comfortable in going into the place. The owner refused my gift card. She says it’s expired and I can only use it to buy her products. I explained I cannot use her products, and her reply was we can sit here and talk all day long but I’m not going to honor it. Use your card to buy gifts for other people.... read more
