Highly recommend the contrast therapy (hot-cold) at ELEMENTS. The facilities were lovely and the hosts were knowledgeable. Overall a great experience!
An absolutely lovely experience for couples, small groups and even a great team bonding experience. Thankful to the gracious hosts for a wonderful time. Was great to start the year off with a challenge. Mind, body and soul! Highly recommend!
I recently visited Elements for a contrast therapy session with a group of guys, and it was an unforgettable experience. The venue itself is fantastic, with a beautifully designed sauna that provides the perfect space to warm up and unwind. So I recently checked out ELEMENTS, this new contrast therapy spa in St. Catharines. I've been hearing about the whole hot-cold therapy thing, and I was curious to try it out. Honestly? It was a pretty wild experience. The sauna was great, no complaints there. But that ice bath? Definitely took some mental prep! It was intense, but afterwards I felt surprisingly energized... and maybe a little proud of myself for actually doing it. They had a cool outdoor space to relax in.
We booked a session at Elements for a group of men from our church for some bonding and experience some healthy 'suffering' with hot-cold (contrast) therapy. This was exactly what we were looking for and we will be going again. The facilities are fantastic as is the hospitality of the hosts. We left feeling rejuvenated after this unique experience! Thank you!
