Absolutely love coming here they are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone should sign up for their yoga classes on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
I’ve been to Elements a few times for facials with Grace and have had incredible experiences! The salon is clean, welcoming, and so cute. Grace is knowledgeable, kind, honest and really knows her skincare. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointments!
I found Elements Body and Mind by chance one day walking in Rutherford and am so happy I did. The spa is very serene and inviting. After my first vegan facial I was hooked. Elsie has such positive energy and I felt that the moment she touched my skin. I have been to other spas for facials, but never felt so welcomed or cared for as I do here. Elsie and her spot Elements is the self care I never knew I needed. Her place is BEAUTIFUL and her energy is pure light. I had micro channeling which was so relaxing. She gave me an awesome goody bag when I was done that includes a face mask, goodies and water, and instructions for aftercare. Hands down the best spa experience. Ever. I love that her services are personal to my needs and I was treated like a queen. I’ll be going back for meditation, a facial and more micro channeling. Thank you guys!!
Grace gave me an amazing facial that helped my skin glow for my wedding! She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going to her again soon!
