The food at Elements is amazing! We ordered the filet mignon with the baked potato and asparagus and I can say it’s one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! The crispy Brussels sprouts didn’t disappoint either! Cookie pizza for dessert to finish off this incredible meal!! Don’t come to Angel Fire without coming to Elements!
Went to Elements for dinner during our trip this weekend and I'm so glad we did. Nick was a great server and took great care of us. The food was outstanding, the cocktails were top notch, and the view from the dining room is incredible. We got to enjoy the sunset and see quite a few deer wandering. Absolutely will be returning.
Amazing service.. and the Meals were on point.. the Green Chile Clam chowder was delicious..
A five star evening was enjoyed by the four of us. The dinner salad that I had was among the top five salads I’ve had in my life, and I’ll 83 next week. The salad was ice cold, contained items that I rarely see, such as sliced radishes and little crunchy things. Our server, Bill, helped make our evening a memorable joy. Thank you, Bill
It started as soon as we sat down, our server, Bill was unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for coffee and his first response was, NO! Well it’s press and I’ll have to make it, so it will be about 20 minutes. Ok, NP. Then when ordering we asked for a salad with the olives and feta cheese in the side and he said NO, again. Very aggressive as a matter of fact AND was not kidding around all while trying to defend his response. So as far as the food tasted, we don’t know, as we left.
