Terrible customer service. We are having a small family event (11 people) on Saturday in Angel fire and booked a reservation for dinner at Element for the group. Today, three days before our event, they cancelled our reservation, stating there is a wedding there this weekend and the chef decided that they couldn’t also serve our party along with the wedding!!!! Are you serious?! All other restaurants in Angel Fire are casual! We now have no dinner for our event (which happens to be a wedding too). I am so disappointed.
Best food and service on this trip so far and will definitely make it a stop on the next one. Drinks were perfect and the baked potato was in a pool of cheese sauce the way the creator meant for those to be enjoyed.
The salmon was amazing. The spinach artichoke dip was good. The corn bread that they have for the table if very very good.
