UPDATE: 1 STARS NOW! I cannot seem to delete the images I attached onto this review though. Today I went to have dinner here. The cavatelli in the tasting menu was foul. Lamb tasted very bitter and disgusting but I ate a 1/5 of it to thug it out and not be a brat. An hour later I had explosive diarrhea and spent an hour and a half in the bathroom in severe stomach pain. This is not good. This is not a taste issue, this is a food safety issue. This experience can only be described as a tour de force. Each course fascinating, and many surprises. Duck on menu, it comes five ways. Blue crab four ways. The presentation is artistic macro and micro with fine floral and herbal garnishes. I've been to a number of these paired wine dinners, and often the wine is not as good as the food. Not so here.
