I took my husband here for his birthday. The food was amazing, but next to us was a table with a three-year-old and the parents turned cartoons on their phone for the child to watch. I can’t believe in a restaurant like this they would allow this
Overall, really enjoyed our experience. The service was great. They were aware of my shrimp allergy before we even got there so they handed me a menu without shrimp and gave my friend one with. As a course ended, the next one arrived fairly soon. In addition to the 5 courses, they gave us two welcome plates which were also tasty- a fish dish and a kimchi dish. Elements is easily the most unique dining experience in Princeton, maybe in all of Central Jersey. The experience we had wasn't just in what they served, which was an 8 course meal of various seafood and meat dishes (including dessert) all exquisitely prepared and delicious, but in that it was served over a 4-hour period, so diners basically have their table for the night, with no rush.
