Grant arrived when he said he would and gave me a precise time shortly beforehand. He was efficient, told me what he was doing and was very clean and tidy. He serviced both the boiler and the pressurised hot water tank. I will certainly call on him again next year for an annual service.

Just had a new boiler and rads installed by Grant's company, Elementis. Grant and his brother were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the outset. I wish you could have more than 5 stars on a Google review. Elementis did an amazing job in removing a boiler from our kitchen and putting a Combi boiler into our loft. They quickly located a leak in old pipework that showed up during the boiler replacement. There attention to detail was something that I have not seen with other heating companies we have used in the past.
