I cannot say enough good things about Dr Johnstone. She has taken such great care of me and my girls (3&5) she makes going to the dentist fun! Their entire staff is so accommodating to my individual needs and I refer her to everyone. I am so grateful to have found her.
I am so glad I finally found an honest dentist!!! Dr. Johnson was very friendly and did not tell me I needed the deep scale cleanings like the other dentists have told me.... the hygienist also stated I did not need the expensive treatments the other dentists said I needed. The office staff was also so helpful with filing paperwork I needed to submit....they just did it for me and then gave me a copy Thank you Elementary Smiles....I have been looking for an honest dentist for years.
If you are a teacher, work with the school district or is a Military family don't come here! I will not set another foot here, Dr. Johnstone is very nice and friendly, but her staff Suzanne is a terrible person. She made racist comments to my husband that offended him and walked out. I will not go on about what was said, I will say that it had nothing to do with hygiene, more of appearance. As someone that has anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I would highly recommend Dr Johnston and her staff. They are all kind and compassionate. I was greeted the moment I stepped into the office. Everything was explained in detail and they always made sure to ask if I had any questions. Suzanne was warm and friendly and made a routine cleaning a breeze. I would highly recommend.
