Like many of the other posts, we too have not been able to get resolution to our insurance needs. When I phoned, it states agents are assisting other callers and to email my questions. I emailed them 6 days ago with no response, and I feel nearly a week is plenty of time to respond to an email.
I have been with them a few years. Recently they have become non-responsive to email and telephone calls,
Do not recommend agent Tammy. It’s impossible to get her response.
I have had nothing but amazing service from Elementary Insurance. Tonna has been helping me since I signed on with them and she has taken care of every detail quickly and thoroughly. She knows her stuff, I have no desire to use anyone else.
We have had Tonna as our agent for years. She is the best! She has spent hours working to get us where we need to be for all of our Insurance needs. Thank you
