Absolutely amazing experience!
I bought a Groupon for two facials at this place in Santa Barbara. But the phone number on the Groupon is a salon in NEW YORK, it’s a wrong number. And when I went to the salon personally it is closed down. So what the heck why is it rated so highly of it doesn’t exist anymore ? Now I have to wait to get paid back. I had made two appointments to celebrate my partner and I for Sunday 10/26/25, Mind you the appointments were made 4 days in advance through the internal booking system on their website and NOT a third-party website such as class pass mentioned in other reviews. Only to show up with doors LOCKED and NO ONE in the studio. Jessica is absolutely amazing ! I’ve been seeing her at Elemental Skin Studio for facials, and she has completely transformed the way I take care of my skin. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to skincare and acne, but also so kind and supportive throughout the process. She always takes the time to explain everything she’s doing and always gives helpful tips tailored to my skin’s needs. Her studio is peaceful, clean, and welcoming! I couldn’t recommend more !
