I purchased a Groupon for facials for myself and my daughter and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. Each time I booked an appointment online, it was later canceled without explanation. After multiple attempts to reach someone by phone, I was never able to get through. I would not recommend this business.
Jessica is great! She is warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. When one of the services didn't turn out quite as we'd hoped, she didn't hesitate to have me come back so she could make it right. It's clear how much she cares about both her craft and her clients. I truly appreciate the extra effort.
Thank you Jessica! Jessica provided my two teens refresher facials with extractions and greatly improved their skin conditions. She was patient and easy to talk with and clearly has an extensive knowledge about skin care. I also had a refresher facial and enjoyed the products and relaxation. I highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing experience!
I bought a Groupon for two facials at this place in Santa Barbara. But the phone number on the Groupon is a salon in NEW YORK, it’s a wrong number. And when I went to the salon personally it is closed down. So what the heck why is it rated so highly of it doesn’t exist anymore ? Now I have to wait to get paid back. It literally has a number to a salon in NYC on the Groupon and they said they’ve been getting calls from California and were baffled as to why. This is a scam or a big mix up.
