I don't do 5 stars because no one is perfect but ESS is pretty bloody close. Mark, Marty & Jason were excellent to deal with & the workers are nice blokes. Everything was done on time time a high standard. Very happy with the job.

Highly recommended! This is our second purchase from Elemental Shade Structures. The first shade sail was over 15 years old and still in very good condition, only taken down to make way for a tall carport to suit our caravan. Mark came up with a design to flow from the carport to the house and some side infills for the carport to provide extra shade. The completed sails are finished extremely well and staff provided excellent attention to detail. Very happy with workmanship and flexibility with changes to plans.
I have no hesitation in recommending elemental shade structures to anyone considering this type of structure. Their pricing was competitive and service excellent.
