The estimator who came out was professional and easy to work with. He let me know when he'd be arriving and took time to explain the whole process - from the initial quote through repair scheduling and potential delays if they needed to special-order shingles to match our existing roof. Good communication throughout and no pressure during the consultation. Made the whole experience much smoother than I expected.
