Receptionists were really rude. Was looking for a family doctor and person on the phone said doctor didn’t take more patients which was ok. But why you being rude and hung up with angry and being annoyed voice? Why???
This used to be my primary care facility until many of their doctors left. They had been keeping me for my depo shots (an interm/part time doctor had agreed to do this) while i found a new doctor. This took the better part of a year unfortunately. When it came to my current shot, i was turned down, gaslit and told i was making things up by reception. Please, please take your health elsewhere.
