Dr. Dewey and his team were nothing but knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Even though our Daisy had a serious condition, she left this world with dignity and love thanks to Elemental.
No complaints on the treatment end but for the love of god, please let people walk into the mudroom without having to navigate a 3-level nested phone tree menu in 13 degree windy weather while trying to hold on to a dog leash while trying to press the correct phone keys. There’s a lock on the inner mudroom door anyways; let a person at least get out of the elements before trying to Alohomora their way into the inner sanctum. It’s unnecessarily demeaning and unwelcoming.
Doctor Dewey really cared about my dog Oliver He did a thorough exam and explained the results in easy to understand language Directions were clearly given and surgery was scheduled promptly I would recommend his care to any pup parent looking at injury and surgery for their pup
I absolutely love elemental pet vets! Everyone there is soooooo incredibly kind and friendly. Dr. Oxford is very thorough, she is such a great vet if it wasn’t for her our gage would be dead. If i could give them 100 starts i would! HIGHLY recommend!!!
