Rain takes the time to explain her work, listen to feedback, and meet you where you are — which matters a lot when you’re dealing with something complicated. I came to her with connective tissue disorder, chronic pain, migraines, and TMJ, and experienced more relief than I’d received from any of the bodywork I’ve had done in the past (massage, dry needling, injections, etc). I recommend her without hesitation, especially to anyone navigating complex or chronic conditions.

This has been a wonderful experience as I have struggled with back pain due to a bulging disc for years. After the first session I had relief, but after a few sessions I am moving around better than I have in over a decade.
