This has been a wonderful experience as I have struggled with back pain due to a bulging disc for years. After the first session I had relief, but after a few sessions I am moving around better than I have in over a decade. I really loved my energy healing session with Rain. I felt very safe and at ease during the session. Afterwards I felt so much lighter and felt like I gained a lot of clarity. I've been able to sleep better without my worries coming up.
I highly recommend Elemental MFR!! I have struggled with pain and tension from improper body mechanics/postural issues for years. My PT recommended MFR and it was the final piece of the puzzle that changed everything! Rain is so knowledgeable and was able to identify and release areas where my fascia was chronically restricted. She also has a caring and calming demeanor and is 100% invested in improving her clients' well-being.
I suffer from upper back and shoulder problems and I’ve been really enjoying my sessions with Rain. I feel relaxed leaving my appointments and she is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend trying her service!
Simply stated, Rain has given my mobility back. Referred to Elemental MRT by a nurse friend I arrived with scoliosis and degenerative arthritic back issues. After several months of “trusting the process” (which I don’t always understand) I have told both Rain and my doctor that I have not felt this good in years.
