Rain takes the time to explain her work, listen to feedback, and meet you where you are — which matters a lot when you’re dealing with something complicated. I came to her with connective tissue disorder, chronic pain, migraines, and TMJ, and experienced more relief than I’d received from any of the bodywork I’ve had done in the past (massage, dry needling, injections, etc). I recommend her without hesitation, especially to anyone navigating complex or chronic conditions.

This has been a wonderful experience as I have struggled with back pain due to a bulging disc for years. After the first session I had relief, but after a few sessions I am moving around better than I have in over a decade. I really loved my energy healing session with Rain. I felt very safe and at ease during the session. Afterwards I felt so much lighter and felt like I gained a lot of clarity. I've been able to sleep better without my worries coming up.
I highly recommend Elemental MFR!! I have struggled with pain and tension from improper body mechanics/postural issues for years. My PT recommended MFR and it was the final piece of the puzzle that changed everything! Rain is so knowledgeable and was able to identify and release areas where my fascia was chronically restricted.
